Write a Post
Posts are article-style entries. They can have a cover image, publication date, categories, authors, and attachments.
Create the Post
Section titled “Create the Post”- Open Collections.
- Choose Posts.
- Select the correct site.
- Select Create Entry.
Fill the Content Tab
Section titled “Fill the Content Tab”| Field | Guidance |

| Lead | Short teaser for listing cards, up to about 300 characters |

| Cover Image | Main image for the post header and listing card |
| Release Date | Date when the post should become public |
| Primary Category | Main category, used in the post URL |
| Secondary Categories | Additional filters or topic labels |
| Authors | Members credited as authors |
| Attachments | Download buttons for linked files or external resources |
Categories and URLs
Section titled “Categories and URLs”Choose one Primary Category before publishing. The primary category is part of the post URL. Changing it later can change the public URL.
Use Secondary Categories only for extra classification. They do not replace the primary category.
Release Date
Section titled “Release Date”Posts with a future release date stay private until that date. Use this for scheduled publication, but still preview the post before relying on the schedule.
Attachments
Section titled “Attachments”For each attachment row:
- Enter the button label.
- Use either an external URL or a file upload.
- Do not use both unless the responsible editor confirms which one should win.
SEO Tab
Section titled “SEO Tab”Use the SEO fields when the normal title or lead is not suitable for search results or social previews.

Publish Checklist
Section titled “Publish Checklist”- Title and lead are final.
- Primary category is set.
- Release date is correct.
- Cover image is suitable.
- Authors are correct.
- Preview works in the selected site.
