Manage Votes and Media Kits

Votes and media kits are smaller structured collections. Votes document recommendations or results. Media kits provide downloadable material for visitors and press contacts.

  1. Open Collections.
  2. Choose Votes.
  3. Select the correct site.
  4. Select Create Entry.

| Field | Guidance | |---|---| | Title | Name of the vote or initiative | | Vote Date | Official voting date | | Result | Yes, No, Abstention, or Pending | | Reasoning | Short explanation of the party position | | Linked Post | Optional post with more detail | | Slug | URL identifier |

Use Pending until the result is official. Link a post when the recommendation needs a longer explanation.

  1. Open Collections.
  2. Choose Media Kits.
  3. Select Create Entry.

| Field | Guidance | |---|---| | Name | Internal kit name, such as “Logo Pack 2024” | | Module Title | Public title shown to visitors | | Preview Image | Thumbnail for the kit | | Download Buttons | One or more downloadable files | | Button Label | Short label for the download button | | File | PDF, ZIP, or other downloadable asset | | Color | Button color, blue or green |

Media kit files are stored in the media_kits asset folder. Replace outdated files instead of adding duplicates when the public link should keep pointing to the latest version.

  1. Vote dates and results match the official position.
  2. Linked posts are already published or ready to publish.
  3. Media kit downloads open correctly.
  4. Button labels clearly describe the download.
